I thought I already belonged..but whatever...I just listened to "Wings to Fly" and, quite simply, I do not hear Susan Boyle...it isn't just the range. (she has pretty good range)..it lacks the fulness of tone that Susan has and the power she has, esp. in higher tones. I am VERY surprized if this is Susan and do not believe it is...colette

Here's something I'd like to share with everyone. On Christmas Eve, December 24, we had a festive meal at our home for a few family members. We are Dutch and live in the Netherlands but there were also (Dutch) relatives present who live in the United Staes and in China; our ages ranged from 16 to 60 years. The only music we ALL wanted to listen to was Susan Boyle's CD. Although it's not Christmassy music (except for Silent Night), the music was perfect for the occasion and we listened to it over and over again. I sat at the dining table thinking "this is really cool"... it was!

My ultimate favourite track is "Who I Was Born to Be" perhaps because it's Susan's signature song. It's the end that sends my senses reeling when she hits those high notes. Wow!!!!! I also love the arrangements. Exquisite!

I normally dont post online but I feel I just had to in great respect to Susan Boyles. I bought her cd the day it was released and how ironic that all the other new releases had plenty available but I got the last one of Susan's I dreamed a dream. What a BEATUIFUL piece of musicianship.
For many who watched Britian's got talent, many jeered, laughed, doubted, were suddenly completly awestruck and was picking there mouth up off the floor.
Many thought of an ugly duckling, but how you changed your mind to a sweet angelic swan.
Thank you Susan for the most inspiring CD, such heart felt, and true emotions.

You just need to be more professional. I noticed on any interviewing with Susan Boyle they always asked her to sing (like asking a child to sing)and it came out more like Karaokae. I've never seen Barbra Streisand being asked to sing casually like that! Think about it...
You sing only on the stage and sing your heart out! Again any songs Barbra sings she put her heart & soul in it. Learn from her.

I'm new here and just wanted to write a quick hello to test out how it would appear. I've been a Susan fan since I caught a clip of her on our evening news.

There are no words to explain the tremendous impact that this little lady has had on us. It is incredible the way she has taken the world by storm!

Agree that she is getting better and better as she gains confidence and gets used to being in the spotlight in front of large crowds.

You can have your youth,'number tens' and sexy pouts - over the long haul they have become very boring, overdone and artificial. We needed someone 'new', natural and very gifted - this 'diamond' we found in Susan.

Bet anyone of a number of 'stars' would gladly change places with Susan for the tremendous recognition and adoration she now enjoys and which they will never have!
