Are you going to Blackburn?
Dear Susan Boyle fans.
Hope this is a right place to place this topic.
(Dear forum administrator >Please move this to the appropriate place if it's in wrong place..)
I am a researcher based in UK working for a new Information TV programme for NHK, the Japanese broadcasting corporation.
For our very first episode we feature Susan Boyle phenomenon - how the world responded to her remarkable performances and her voice and smile has eased and encouraged people all over the world!
We are wondering if anyone / any group is planning to travel from overseas to visit Susan's hometown and happy for us to come along to film?
If you think you can help us or have any questions,
please email Yoshiko

Thank you very much for your attention.
Kind Regards
Yoshiko

Re: Are you going to Blackburn?
Hi Yoshiko!
There was a story submitted about a couple of ladies from the US to do exactly that. It was a couple of weeks ago and I think the story is on this site. The title had something about Frank McCourt or something. Oh I remember. It was "Is Susan Boyle the next Frank McCout?" Now I don't know a thing about Frank McCourt, but I do know that Susan Boyle infused joy into every heart.
I would love a trip there but I have to leave my visits to cyber space, until I become wealthy. :-)
I hope you get somewhere with this story idea.
