Father -(set dogs on her and caused a miscarriage, mother(didn't like each other - estranged), Ozzie (fistfights and substance abuse-he knocked out her teeth; in 1989 tried to strangle her), brother(estranged),kids(battling substance abuse). Sharon says she used to be "short, fat and hairy". Try to find her pictures before mega plastic surgery and gastric band endured to get into the lilmelight - expunged from the web? She has been called one of the most ruthless managers in show business. One can only imagine her inner world! Along comes little Susan Boyle, unsophisticated, forthright and just radiating GOODNESS, who with one song becomes loved by millions-how that must grate on the likes of Sharon Osborne. She said about Mother Teresa - ""I didn't like Mother Teresa. See? Somebody didn't like her. Ugly old c**t in sandals." Need I say more? Being called ugly by Sharon Osborne is a COMPLIMENT! Susan is so many 'light years' above and beyond the likes of Sharon Osbourne!

There will always be 'creeps' like Sharon and her ilk. Unfortunately, it is a fact of life. The positive aspect, however, to this type of 'put-down' indicates that Susan is threat enough (read that beloved enough and competition enough)to make these jealous, cruel minded people reveal themselves for what they are - which is nothing!

I didn't know all that background about Sharon. I did realize that she enjoyed the young male performers so it makes sense. I just wish these bitter ladies could have the decency to publicly hold their tongue a little.

I'm pretty sure that Susan is feeling strong and secure enough in who she is to stay above all this but it's such a turn-off for me.

Compare her to Elaine Paige who has been nothing but gracious. What a contrast.

You've got to understand one thing about Sharon Osbourne, she doesn't "like" women in general and considers ALL of them as competition.
This is truly where the word "bitch" got it's meaning as it was coined by women first and not men.
If you want an example of what I'm talking about just watch any of the live 2005 performances of Shayne Ward on X-Factor.

It seems the younger the men are the more Sharon gushes all over them.
She really can't be bother with the women.
Sharon HAS TO BE the Center of Attention and that's why you see her as the only Woman on ALL of these talent shows that she's a Judge on.
She was the only Woman on X-Factor that year when Shayne Won, she's the only Woman on America's Got Talent.
Put another Woman as a judge along with Sharon on America's Got Talent and just watch the "Sparks" fly!
