Two of her brothers are now voicing concerns for her well-being and speaking out about her ability to handle the pressure of global stardom.
"The traveling and the whole [fame] thing is exhausting. She still has her anxieties and her loneliness," her brother Gerry tells PEOPLE in the latest cover story.
Her other brother, John, is even more blunt: "She needs 24-hour care. She needs to be looked after."

Re: Inside Susan Boyle's Struggle with Fame
Dear Susan
I don't beleive that you are struggling with fame.I watched your interview at home with the Denmark Press, you were soo
confident and happy the way your dream is at last happening for
you. You are gaining confidence everytime I look at a video from
your fansite and everyone in the world has fallen in love with
you counting me. Take care Susan from all your fans back in
England. Hope one day you could sing here with an orchestra that would be amazing. Joan Chester England.
Re: Inside Susan Boyle's Struggle with Fame
Wish her brothers would keep their mouths shut. Seems like they just want the reflected publicity from dear Susan. Where were they and her sisters before she became the world's sweetheart? Any help with her "anxiety and loneliness" then (or now?)? This kind of publicity doesn't help Susan.
Re: Inside Susan Boyle's Struggle with Fame
Dearest Susan,
I am so proud of you.I also have depression and anxiety disorders and there is no way I could do what you have done. (besides, I cannot sing at all)You are a very strong person and such a Sweetheart.I LOVED your performance on Britians got talent. My hair stood up on my arms and the back of my neck, I cried and listened very closely to the lyrics. You are a survivor and a truly great singer. I could listen to your music all day long, every day.Do not let the world get in the way of your dreams. Please keep going as you are an inspiration to all of us.Please remember how much pleasure you brought to all who viewed you. I love you, Susan and you will always be in my prayers.Do life at your own pace and shine.Jeanne
