Re: Boyle's Now a Prisoner of Her Own Fame
Let's all say a prayer for Susan...that she will be strong, courageous and that the Holy Spirit will guide her to a place of peace and happiness. Let's pray for her protection from the evils of this world and the fears that may come to her and for soundness of mind and body. Pray for our Heavenly Father to strengthen her faith and that she will find a perfect husband and soulmate to comfort and protect her. One that loves her for herself with all of his heart. Through prayer all things can be accomplished for those who love the Lord. I know Susan does. Let's be her "prayer warriors" and get this job done!

I agree wth Kathleen.
Susan should think of how she felt at the pre- audition and on stage when she ferels insecure etc.
She has the talent and no one can take that away from her.
I would keep the money safe and away fom any grasping hands be they relatives or whatever.
I think that Simon is looking after that side of things for Susan though.
So what if she has had a breakdown previously. Only nice people have them anyway!
Leave Susan alone.

Quite right - I agree with you absolutely Kathleen. It does annoy me, too, that her family and friends keep interfering in her life. They are basking in her limelight and I think they should 'butt out'. They obviously weren't too concerned about her before she became famous. - Love that lady and wish her only the very best in life.

Re: Boyle's Now a Prisoner of Her Own Fame
As I remember it, it wasn't Fame that Susan Boyle was after; becoming famous wasn't "her dream". By now I can almost repeat by heart what she said during her very first (and famous) audition a year ago. What she said was that she wanted to perform in front of a large audience (bless her heart, that wish has come true) and when Simon Cowell asked her what her dream was, she said that she was trying to be a professional singer and would like to be as succesful as Elaine Page. Well, we all know that that dream has come true. My favourite part of her first audience was when she said "I'm going to make the audience rock"... and didn't she just!! Fame is unfortunately part and parcel of being a hugely succesful singer and all her true fans must surely be holding thumbs for her, hoping that she will cope with it adequately. I do wish her family and friends would restain themselves from revealing aspects of her private life (we don't need to know that she has had a "breakdown"... it's only to be expected that she'll regularly need to regain her energy and be reminded of her coping skills and get the chance to put them into practice). Susan Boyle is a jewel that needs to be cherished so that she can continue to sparkle and enhance all of our lives.
