Anxiety

I had an anxiety attack ten years ago. It was very scary.
I hope Susan Boyle will be able to take it easy. I hope she is
not pushed into doing to much. She has a very lovely voice. I
hope she picks songs that suit her.

I know what it is, it's terrible sensation.But it's hard to control it.It's happen after I had my son,and risk to died.
I have to take medication,and now it's never happen.
